I’m an education and EdTech leader with 15 years of experience spanning K–12 education, strategic partnerships, customer success, program operations, and professional learning. I began my career as an educator and learning specialist, giving me a firsthand understanding of the challenges educators, students, and school communities face. This perspective continues to shape how I lead today.
Throughout my career, I’ve transformed educational goals into scalable programs and systems that deliver measurable results. Most recently, I led education and operations across a $5M+ portfolio spanning 10 states and more than 100 district and school partners, supporting 100+ programs, 1,000+ educators, and 100,000+ annual tutoring hours while contributing to 95%+ partner renewal rates.
At the center of my work is a passion for building strong partnerships, developing people, solving complex problems, and creating systems that make great educational experiences possible at scale. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, whether partnering with district leaders, developing teams, improving operations, launching programs, or collaborating cross-functionally to turn ideas into impact.
As a lifelong educator and learner, I’m especially energized by organizations using technology, innovation, and thoughtful program design to improve outcomes for educators and students.
